Chilli and spice analysis at an ISO/IEC 17025 SANAS accredited laboratory – testing for food safety, authenticity, and quality assurance.
Olive oil analysis using SANAS accredited and internationally recognized AOCS test methods – testing free fatty acids, peroxide value, Delta K, K232 & K270 with a 5-7 day turnaround time.
Patulin testing for food quality and safety – analysis of fruit pulp, fruit juice, and fruit juice concentrate at a SANAS accredited laboratory.
Water activity testing for processed meats, dairy, baked goods, spices, nuts, and packaged food products at a SANAS accredited laboratory.
Salt testing using SANAS accredited and internationally recognized AOCS test methods – purity assay (ex chloride), acid insoluble ash, and sulphate (SO4) analysis with a 5-7 working day turnaround.
